Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are strongly encouraged.

We also accept walk-in guests based on availability, it’s best to call us before you come. Online reservations can be made four weeks in advance.

We have a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. We will only hold the table for 15 mins maximum.

Seating Duration

During our service, guests will have the following time allotments to enjoy their meals:

•1-4 guests: 1h 30min

•5+ guests: 2h 

Seating time will only be enforced if necessary.


Does a credit card require for a reservation?

We require a valid credit card to secure a reservation for a party of 5 guest and more.

All credit card information will be processed securely.

Standard reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

No-shows or cancellations may be subject to a charge of $30 per person for standard reservations and a higher charge for special occasion reservations such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.


Is the restaurant accessible?

Entrance/Interior

Our main dining area (2nd floor) is accessible by staircase only.

Washrooms

A designated accessible washroom with an automatic door opener is available on main floor.


Do you have parking?

Our plaza has a large, free parking lot.


Do you allow guests to bring a cake?

Yes, with a fee of $5 per person.


What is your corkage fee?

$20 per 750ml bottle


Do you offer dietary restrictions menu options?

Yes, certain items are available. Please contact us for further information.


Can we take photos in the premises?

We welcome photography but we kindly ask that you be respectful to other guests and our staff that may not wish to be filmed or photographed.


Are children allowed in the restaurant?

Children are welcome in the restaurant, but we do not offer children’s menu. Please note that they need to be included in the overall size of the party when booking your reservation.

We can provide a booster, but as space is limited, please contact us to ensure that we have it available.
